  • "Took my 2018 Murano in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I indicated that I had a diagnostic error code from 2 years ago regarding the transmission. Not having any transmission issues since the error code was found. But I wanted it to be checked out. The service writer J Medina was very helpful. They looked into it and let me know that they would have to take the transmission apart, with the cost being nearly as much as a new transmission to continue further diagnosing. I decided that since I was not having any issues to not continue. We had a clear dialogue and will continue to monitor this. Mr Medina was courteous, not pushy and easy to work with. I felt like “he took care of me”."
