How do I access my Loyalty Rewards account?
Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup above.
Once your account is found, click View My Benefits. A one-time password will be sent to your cell phone. Enter the code to access your Customer Loyalty Account Pages, where you can view your Rewards information, program benefits, referral tools, and Oil Change Award progress.
How do I earn Loyalty Rewards?
Pat's Automotive has three automatic Reward Levels:

Your Reward Level automatically changes as you reach the qualifying spending thresholds.
Do I need to sign up for Loyalty Rewards?
No. Pat's Automotive makes enrollment easy.
Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Rewards Program after their visit. There is no separate enrollment process required.
Do oil changes earn my regular 2%, 3%, or 4% Loyalty Rewards?
No. Qualifying oil changes are tracked separately through the Oil Change Award, so they do not also earn the standard percentage-based Loyalty Rewards.
How does the Oil Change Award work?
Complete 2 qualifying oil changes at Pat's Automotive and receive 50% off your third qualifying oil change.
There is no dollar cap on the 50% Oil Change Award.
How can I check my Oil Change Award progress?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click View My Benefits.
From your Customer Loyalty Account Pages, you can view your Oil Change Award and your progress toward earning 50% off your third qualifying oil change.
How does the Referral Program work?
Refer a friend or family member to Pat's Automotive.
Your friend will receive a $35 Referral Gift Card to use on their first visit. Once the referral is successfully completed, you'll receive $35 in Loyalty Rewards.
How do I refer someone?
Start by looking up your Rewards, then click View My Benefits.
From your Customer Loyalty Account Pages, open the referral option and follow the prompts to send your $35 Referral Gift Card to a friend or family member.
Can fleet and business customers earn Loyalty Rewards?
Yes. Fleet and business customers are included in the Loyalty Rewards Program and can earn Rewards.
Does warranty work earn Loyalty Rewards?
No. Warranty work is excluded from earning Loyalty Rewards.
Can I use my Loyalty Rewards at different Pat's Automotive locations?
Yes. Your Loyalty Rewards can be earned and redeemed at participating Pat's Automotive locations.
